The most critical point in any building systems is controlling the application of what you are trying to achieve.
Low energy and passive systems have got a very simple sequence and that is Air tightness. Control the air tightness in any building system and you will end up with a very good energy efficient house.

Implementation:
Control is a key factor in today’s construction of energy efficient buildings especially in passive or low energy timber systems from the manufacturing through to the construction site, great emphasis must be on implementation from the beginning to the end.
Air tightness is the cause of 35% heat loss in most construction built systems this is due from insufficient knowledge from the contractor who is carrying out the construction and poor technical back up from the company supplying the system.
The technical department here in Sweden have designed a unique air tight solution both on the low energy house and the passive house, where a lot of dedication and experience have been put in to developing a system that reduces the size of the panel but still keeps its formidable U-value and air tightness when constructed.
